The link on this page will allow you to determine if you have Macros enabled: What are Macros?
Macros are created to perform special functions at specific times. For the Speed Camera Data Tool, the Macros optimise the page design, ensure the calculations display the data correctly and help prevent errors that can occur.
Do I have Macros enabled?
Click the 'Macro Test Page' link below and save the file to your desktop. Depending on your settings, one of the following 2 options may occur when you open the file:
1. The file will open with a blank page and a message box saying "You have Macros enabled"
2. Excel will ask whether to "Enable Macros" or "Disable Macros" - choose "Enable Macros" and a blank file will open with a message box saying "You have Macros enabled" . if options 1 or 2 occured then you do not need to change any further settings – click here to return to the Speed Camera Data page
If the file did not open or did not show the message box, you will need to follow the steps in the guide below:
